Privacy and use of information

How Soul Map uses the information you provide and browsing records to deliver the service.

Contact us on WhatsApp

Information you provide

When creating an account or chart, you provide information such as your name, email, phone number, birth date, birth time and city of birth. The city is associated with coordinates and a time zone for chart calculation. These details let us save and reopen readings, identify your account and deliver the product.

Purchased readings, files and payment records are associated with an account or chart. Access links sent by email or WhatsApp may open your content: avoid sharing them publicly.

Browsing and communications

The site uses browser storage to maintain your session, language, theme and visit-source information. It also records events such as page views, reading-area choices and purchase steps to understand usage and improve the service.

Campaign measurement uses visit identifiers and Meta services. On the chart page and at checkout, Microsoft Clarity anonymously records scrolling and taps, with typed fields masked, to understand where the page is confusing. Your contact details may also be used for chart delivery, purchase messages and recovery communications. To request that messages stop, use the unsubscribe option where available or contact support. Browser settings let you control cookies and storage; some account access features rely on them.

Service providers

The service uses providers for hosting, databases and authentication, payment processing, email and WhatsApp delivery, files and audio narration. These include Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe and, for Brazilian payment options, Mercado Pago. Each service handles the information needed for its part of the process.

Card details are sent to the payment provider during checkout. Never send passwords or full card details to support. Saved charts remain in your account for later access.

Requests about your information

Contact the New Era Astrology team on WhatsApp at +55 51 9013-5494 to request information, corrections, account deletion or an end to messages. The team may ask you to confirm your identity to protect your account.

This page describes how Soul Map works. Questions about specific information, files or purchases should go to support. Do not publish birth details or private access links on social media.

Cookies and measurement

The site records its own dashboard and purchase funnel events without sending them to third parties, without asking for consent for this measurement.

In the regions listed below, the Meta pixel, Microsoft Clarity and server transmission of purchases to Meta (CAPI) and OpenAI Ads are only activated with consent.
