Help with your purchase
If you paid but cannot open your chart, download the PDF, listen to purchased audio or use your gift chart, describe what happened and provide the email used for your purchase. Include the payment reference if available. Do not send passwords, access codes, full card numbers or card security codes.
Before buying, you can also ask what is included, how the free preview works and which payment options are available. Cancellation or refund requests can be sent through the same channel for review by our team.
Your account and information
For corrections, questions about your information or account deletion requests, contact the team on WhatsApp. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before handling the request.
Our About page introduces Luísa Crippa and her methodology. Our Privacy page explains the information used for calculations, support, delivery and site measurement.
